We had excellent seeing conditions last night with 5th
magnitude transparency. The forecast calls for a repeat tonight.
Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, M24 Star Cloud, Blinking Nebula, Ring Nebula,
Swan Nebula, Wild Duck Cluster, plus lots more on the observing list.

 

Observatory will open at 9:00pm.

Ring Nebula
 
The Ring Nebula is a stunning sight in the 16” observatory telescope; placed in the Milky Way, observers can see the nebula set in a field rich with stars.
