About our Speaker: |

Mr.
Richards has held the position of Director of the Hoover-Price
Planetarium at the McKinley Presidential Library and Museum in
Canton for the past seventeen years. Dave is also an amateur astronomer and resides in
a
semi-dark spot in Dover, Ohio. His
daytime activities include
being a decent birdwatcher,
(responsible for Audubon Society annual Winter Census, Mogadore Area,
1979-1999), adequate fisherman
and an awful recorder player.
Mr. Richards last spoke to the ACA on September 26, 2014. In
that talk, his topic was something near and dear to his heart:
"The
Future Planetarium." ACA members will be
interested in whether any of the ideas presented then have come
to fruition. |
