Observatory will open at 8:45pm with some nice double
stars to view.
Also on the observing list is the Needle Galaxy.

Public Observing Event
at the ACA Observatory:
Galaxies
Globular clusters M3 & M5, and The Virgo Galaxy Cluster are
all well placed for viewing. The Whirlpool Galaxy is near
zenith. Double stars
will start the observing session at 8:45pm. We should be able to catch
some meteors from the
Eta
Aquarid Meteor Shower that peaks on May 6th.
Star party confirmation will be posted here by 6:00 PM Sunday. |
