Mars!
 
Mars reached opposition on May 22nd. Mars is closest
to Earth at this point in its orbit and best for observing Martian surface features. However, it won't be well-placed in the sky until later in the evening.

    The Jet Stream affects astronomical "seeing" (steadiness of the air)
    If we're in a gray area, seeing will not be as good as in a white area.
    If we're in a white area, the shorter the arrows, the better.
